Shady Hill is grateful to the alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends who, as donors, volunteers, and ambassadors for the School's advancement efforts, have given their time, resources, and, most importantly, conviction to furthering Shady Hill's goals and values. This generosity of spirit builds confidence in achieving success today and in the future.
We invite you to explore the initiatives and volunteer opportunities available under the large umbrella of advancement. Through community events, alumni relations, communications, and fundraising for annual and capital needs, the Advancement Office encompasses all of the efforts that help community members deepen their connections to one another and to the School.

This option is available to those aged 70.5 and older. Gifts made directly from your IRA can count toward your required minimum distribution, and such funds stay out of your taxable income, provided you have the funds sent directly to Shady Hill School, rather than to you first.
