A Message From Our Head of School
Welcome to Shady Hill!
We are thrilled that your child will be joining the Shady Hill community next fall! Over the coming months, we will keep you updated with key information and events related to the upcoming school year. For now, we want to share more generally, what to expect, between now and the start of the school year.

We will be reaching out with information about opportunities to start building community connections with other families and students in the coming months.
Health Requirements
All Shady Hill students are required to have an annual physical examination and meet Massachusetts state vaccination requirements. These requirements, along with all health forms, must be submitted through the Magnus electronic health record by August 15, 2025. Instructions for accessing Magnus will be provided this summer. For questions regarding Shady Hill's health requirements or to request medical or religious vaccine exemptions, please contact Health Director Robin Patch at robin.patch@shs.rog
Tuition and Billing
All tuition and billing is handled through FACTS, Phyllis Grant, Director of Student Accounts and Assistant Director of Financial Aid, handles all related questions and concerns. She can be reached via email at phyllis.grant@shs.org
