Tom Edsall ’56 is a Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University and writes a weekly op-ed opinion column in the New York Times online. Before joining the New York Times, Tom covered national politics for the Washington Post for 25 years. Tom also held the Pulitzer Moore Chair in Political Journalism at Columbia University until 2014.
