A History of Shady Hill
Look Inside
At Shady Hill, students are encouraged to be explorers, artists, writers, scientists, athletes, mathematicians, musicians, and, perhaps most importantly, thoughtful citizens of our school community and the world beyond. This is more than a school — it's a beginning.

Give
Support for Shady Hill — through annual giving, capital giving, and volunteering — helps to make us the school we are today. Alumni and friends, along with current and former Shady Hill parents, faculty, apprentices, and grandparents, generously support the school's fundraising initiatives each year. Events such as the Shady Hill Fair come to life each fall through the volunteer efforts of hundreds of parents and alumni. Once a parent-owned cooperative, that spirit of support and participation continues on in the life of the school.
