Shady Hill's nationally known Teacher Training Course (TTC) is a one-year, graduate level program combining full-time classroom experience with the study of educational ideas and practice. Apprentice teachers work side-by-side with master teachers and discover what teaching is through observation, supervised teaching, workshops, and seminars facilitated by faculty.
