Have a Question About the Charles River? Ask a Second Grader!
The recent Grade II Charles River Museum extravaganza makes clear why so many second graders know their stuff. “The museum is a culmination of eight months of highly varied yet tightly integrated work,” said gradehead Galen White. Gradehead Wani Qui said, “Through their art, writing, and projects, students showcased their understanding of the natural and cultural history of the Charles River basin.”
“I grew up along the Charles, and I learned so much today,” commented one parent. “This is exactly what education should be.”
