2019 Summer Reading

About Our Summer Reading Lists

Reading in the summertime is an opportunity to explore new books, share old favorites and linger over beautiful illustrations or a finely turned sentence. This year our recommendations highlight books that have been published in the last year or two, encouraging you to find new favorites or try out something unfamiliar. With that in mind, we are making several years worth of old summer reading recommendations available just in case you want to revisit an old friend. Look for the links on the grade-specific pages.

Our hope is that everyone finds something to read that kindles a fire, ignites a passion or simply makes you laugh.

Happy Reading!
